• Born the daughter to a pair of gods of earth, but on the day the gods were massacred, a valkyrie saved her and took her away.
• The valkyrie raises Idunn as her daughter and teaches her everything, particularly magic, but doesn't reveal her origins.
• Idunn leaves the cottage she shares with her 'mother' deep in the woods to explore the larger world. She joins an adventurer's guild to do so.
• She explores the world, meeting all sorts of people and races. Her adventuring party includes the future lady king and hero, Sieglinde.
• After her adventuring calms down, she temporarily mingles in high society and becomes popular due to her magic, beauty, and unusual behavior.
• She gets bored of that and annoyed by the elites' behavior, so she leaves.
• She eventually returns home and her 'mother' eventually passes away.
• Other adventurea and shenanigans; discovers what happened to the gods; learns of a big evil threatening the world.
• Over the centuries, she hooks up with various heroes and heroines, and gives birth to a number of daughters who become heroes themselves.
